Acceptance of Terms. By using https://hotellockinstalleraustin.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Hotel Door Lock Installation, Electronic Door Lock Installation, Key Card Lock Service, RFID Hotel Lock Installation, Smart Hotel Lock Installation provided by Ekiphotel. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Ekiphotel (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
As-Is Basis. https://hotellockinstalleraustin.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Ekiphotel makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Ekiphotel arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Ekiphotel from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
